How do you lose weight, and if you can ho do you lose it really fast.

I got my character fat for the elixir too and din slim down till the arena.

From what I know, running around helps to slim the character down.

I just started a good Mage and I was wondering does Strength make Spells like Fireball or Lightning Stronger i.e. like more Damage HP?

I dont think strength increases damage from fire ball or lightning or enflame. But is sure does more damage when you deal with multi-strike.
