I was looking at my monks stats the other day and I saw under attacks per round it said 5/2. SO i was wondering if that ment 5 halfs of an attack or...

Without the grandmastery patch or any weapons that increase attacks per round, you'd be able to get 4 attacks per round dualwielding I believe.
