moving around in BD

Post by Baron101 »

Hi

I was wondering if anyone else found that moving around with the mouse is alot more cumbersome in Beyond Divinity? Im referring to the fact that if you accidentally move your mouse cursor to the sides of the screen then you lose centre view and you have to move the isometiric camera manually as opposed to the camera following the chaaraters as they move. I find this really annoying and also it seems to always reset to this 'free view' as a default every time I load a game. Divine Divinity wasnt like this so Im wondering why they changed it for Beyond?

I was annoyed by this too when the game came out, because I like to simply click on a location once and have my character walk there. The only way to get around it is to click and hold while your characters move. Then the camera will stay centered and the party will stay in formation. I know you could turn the free view on or off in the first game, I don't remember an option for it in BD.
