Full Install

I've just finished playing SoA on a mac and went to start ToB, but apparently I haven't done the full install so I can't run ToB. Should I uninstall and do the full install? If I did do this would I lose my saved games? Thanks for any advice.

Just copy your save-games in an other map and then uninstall
