Megathon NPC missing (spoiler?)

I've had a number of NPCs in Megathon go missing from the game. Moriarty is gone and so is the old guy that maintains the water supply system. Is this normal or is this a glitch. If a glitch, can NPCs be put back into the game like in Oblivion?

Walter(Old guy runs the Water supply plant has never existed in my main game. So that is at least a known glitch. i have never witnessed Moriarty disappearing but since Walter did and Others have I would assume that anything is possible. As for getting them to come back or re-spawning them I can't help with an answer to that.

A number of NPCs can fall of the catwalks and die including Walter ( happened to me too ), the only solution to this is finding them ( they are usually lying on the ground somewhere ) and resurrect them with the console: press ~ to open the console, click on the character and use the resurrect <1> code.

Moriarty is standing outside his saloon sometimes and smokes a cigarette...

Respawning missing NPCs

I got fed up with so many NPCs disappearing that I finally used the console to put them back into the game. I respawned Moriarty, Walter and Sonora Cruz but I'm still missing the "prid" code for Dukov. Anyone know where there is a listing of all the NPC "prid" codes?
