The most useful spell, arttifact or enchant

What is your the most useful item?

I just started as a Breton and I am using Boots of Blinding Speed. Basically, you can say that I am crazy but because of natural Magicka resistance from Breton I can use them without penalties and run from any foe and shoot them by spells or bow.

What is your best enchant item you created?

Is it possible to created a ring with permanent Levitate effect?

Unless you have the pc version, there's probadly a mod out there for that. But for an xbox, you might need to use those cheats they show you on videos or sites. You have to be really skilled to make a constant effect levitation ring, i cant even make boots with constant levitaion, and my guy is rigged.

So you might need good enchant skill, but you also need azura's star to trap a goldan saint.

my most useful enchanted item is a belt that shoots about 70 fireballs that do 40 damage each. and full daedric that restores 2-4 pts of health per piece constantly.

as for the rings...i have yet to find one with enough space for anything practical.

oh yah, this isnt raelly my thread, but i have a quick question. where can i find an enchantment for restore magicka?
