In gothic III where can I get trained for two-weapon fighting?

I recall a trainer in Varant who teaches you the Two-weapon fighting skill. It was some guy by the name of Navaras or some sort in Ben Erai.

I was looking for two weapon training, but I didn't found the place. and also I was looking for a stun stick ( I think it is billy jack or something ) one of my freinds told me he found one. did anyone know about that ?
