No Item Undiscovery?

I am 8 hours and change into Infinite Undiscovery and not one shop has had an item for sale. WTF? Any one else have this issue? Am I missing something here, other than a better game design?

What game are you referring to?

I think he is referring to infinite undiscovery on the xbox360.My friend is playing IU but never said anything about this what shop are you talking about?
