ToEE crashing to desktop

hello, im finaly playing ToEE with recent Co8 mod pack 5.5 Beta, and now after visiting brothel and leaving it, the game crashes to desktop. if i reload and dont step to brothel at all it crashes again when i leave inn in southwest part of Nulb. i visited Hommlet, rest and travel to Nulb, then i crashed to desktop again. anyone know what the problem can be?? is there some patch on Co8 mod pack?? thx

Are you using the autosave or quicksave features in your game? If so, it's possible the save file is corrupt and that is causing the problem. These features need to not be used.

It is also, even with the stabilizing mods and patches available now, a good idea (with any computer game really) to have multiple saves, so if you do run into a hiccup you can back up.

So, can you tell us whether you do have another recent file and whether this other file also yields problems for you?

It is also possible (but unlikely) that Co8 introduced something weird with a recent build and it's causing problems. It'd be a good idea to at least mention it on their message board and see if anybody knows about your problem specifically.

heya, the problem is gone. it was with the Quick save :/

i loaded older save and now im not using Quick save and its ok. thx for help :)
