Where are the games saved at?

Post by Stubbus »

Hello,

I've been trying to find where the games are saved at but have as of yet been unsuccessful. I'm running Vista 32 and just can't find them. They aren't in the c:\sierra\arcanum\modules and they aren't in c:\program files\arcanum\modules. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Also has anyone been able to get the character editor to work on Vista? If so I'd appreciate some info. I've played this game a few times now and just want to edit some stats so I don't have to worry about encumberance.

The path to mine is:

C:\Sierra\Acanum\Modules\Arcanum\Save

Thanks for responding. Yea that's where it's supposed to be but alas they aren't there. They've got to be somewhere because it does save I just can't seem to find them.

Try searching under Documents\Games, or something. Or under your personal files.
You can also make a savegame with a weird name, then let Vista search that name. That should turn them up.

You could search your system for
slot*.gsi
, it'll take a while but should find them eventually.
