I am in chapter 5 about to fight Bodhi for the Rhynn Lanthern. It has been years since my last run of this game so my memory about the proper procedure is a bit hazy. When I go to Aran Linvail to get some help in the upcoming fight he asks me if I am ready to start on the journey to the island! Tried resting x number of times and returning, but he is still locked on this dialogue option.
When I went to the GY district the vampire area was completely empty. I even talked to Drizzt & co, but they were nowhere to be seen.
Apart from going back to an earlier save, if that's possible even, the only thing I can suggest is using the console,

may work.

You can't fight Bohdi until chapter 6. If you're on chapter 5, you must have skipped some sort of chapter increase. The only thing I can think of is if you ran out of Gaelan's house after paying him, before the cutscene triggered. If this is the case, you only need to travel back to his house and watch the cutscene. If that doesn't work and you're still on chapter 5, post again.
