wisdom impacts the number of spells rangers get? i didn't know that.

the dragon scale is a good point, however that isn't until tob, minsc still has plenty of cool plate armors to use all through soa and tob.

what sort of hla combos are you talking about as well? myself i pretty much stick to greater whirlwind.

Shadow Dragon Scale can be aquired very early in SOA. I think the White Dragon Scale will allow you to go stealth as well but that is a TOB item.

If you use Weimer's Item Upgrade mod Cromwell can use the Shadow Dragon scales to make Valygar a really nice suit of armour.
