after glacern, where are the dang ice caves? i left thru the north gates, and found myself deep in a maze of mountain trails. i found a spot full of badguys, with a couple red barrels that opened up a cavern. it had a few scorpions in it, but nothing big enuff to hide a kidnapped archmage. what puzzles me, is i saw an area that looked like an ice cave, but it was outside the SOUTH gates, not north. is the quest info wrong? im down to navigating blindly with the megamap, clicking spots hoping the group will go there

Just keep going north, you will get some place that look like a big mountain and a dead end. Get close to the mountain and the wall will open.
