A mad man in the end of cave.
How can i destroy a barrier which locked him?
Is this a right way to mysterious bucket?

If this in the vai-kesh regions or arinth's revine, the thing in the barrier is from a quest you pick up in aman-lu after completing "family heirloom".

If it's in the lost azunite area, you have to hit the pilar with an item that you picked up when doing the "arinth's staff" quest.
