questions about online gameing
hi everyone, me again. This time I was wondering if it's true that you level up faster in sigleplayer (offline) then you do when you paly multiplayer online. Also, if you tend to find better item offline in sigle player then you do online in multiplayer. I'm just wondering, 'cause a friend and I disagree and I want to see who's right or if niether of us is right. Thank you for your help.

Actually, you can get an online experience with much more of a challenge if you go to the character you want to play and type in verbatim /players 8
That makes it so you have an online challenge with online items, on single player.
Not sure the difference in how much you get though.

Hi!
There is really no difference between how fast you can lvl up in single or multiplayer, but personally I think it is easier to just type /player 8 or how many player game your character can handle, rather than go in and out of public games with 8 players at Bnet.
Regarding items, if you play ladder online, you can find some items and make some runewords which you cannot in single player. Other than that, the odds for finding a certain items is the same online or in single player, but remember than the chances increase if you are more players in the game, so if you type /players 8 in your single player game, the monster will not only get harder, they will also drop more items.
