attack speed or casting speed?

attack speed or casting speed?
I was wondering which one attack speed or casting speed? I want to increase the speed when using a staff as speed for staff is slow.

Attack speed, Casting Speed always applies to skills and skills only. Any weapon, whether sword or bow or staff uses attack speed.
