I have TQ v.1.30 without datadisc.I have attack speed 202% but there is still 190%.I tried to change it but it is still same.Is that bug or 190% is max???

I believe that 190 is the max using melee weapons and 220ish is max using a bow, may be wrong but i am sure i read it somewhere

some weapons scale differently eg a slow weapons attack speed does to go up 10% just because you put 10% gear on. See if adding more IAS gear makes it go even more?

Dunno about that. I once had a single melee sword with "Fast" attack speed as the normal attack speed and I got it up to 222% before it stopped increasing.

So I think it might be more or less weapon dependant. Slow weapons might have a max of like 170, fast weapons might have a max of 220+.
