I searched first... So if you lock it and tell me it has repeat info, PLEASE post a link to said info, or copy/paste... or something.
Anyways, my Brigand is chugging mana pots like a madman, and I haven't even unlocked mandrake yet, which is another 1 active mana cost/second
What is my best option?
A: Put points into intelligence
B: Put points into energy
C: Use regen/leech gear
D: Continue chugging potions like a heroine addict
E: Something else?
Best way to fix energy issues on a Brigand?

Mana regeneration is the most effective way to solve this dilemma, and thus I would suggest mana regeneration equipment.
Do remember that 100% mana regeneration is 1 per second, so if you find mana regeneration items that work in percentages, always make sure that you convert it to a decimal format.
Intelligence and Energy boost would solve nothing, mana potions will get undoubtedly expensive, and so I would recommend mere equipment.
If you have yet to get an artifact but have some arcane formulae with mana regeneration, that would be an effective use of the artifact slot, as it's a completely optional equipment slot (Unlike most other slots where you usually need them to even stand a chance against the beasts of the game).

Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Hecate's Crescent and a good green ring or ammy.
Another good choice is puppetmasters amulet which gives bonuses to pets but also gives the petmaster +5.00 mana regeneration. You could shop farm for one with a good suffix (puppetmaster is a prefix) and then socket it with whatever fills a gap (eg demon blood for vitality resistance).
Do not put points in intelligence. If worse comes to worse buy blue pots from greece (your energy pool is small so you don't need more expensive pots) and chug away.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
I actually found a blue ring with some really good mana leech, as well as 70% damage to demons and undead, and a bunch of other things. This seems to be working good enough. I only have to chug potions against things immune to energy leech, and don't lose out on any of the boosts I get from the rest of my gear.
We'll see how well this works.

Kind of funny, I am using Phantoms Bane as a ring also for my Brigand character that I am building.
I am needing it for the mana leech ability so I can keep firing my Marksmanship arrows that are poisoned.
1 shot kill....fun, fun, fun.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
