1) When you complete one of the quests that rewards your group with a free skill point, NPC's in the inn (or out in the world that you haven't met yet) don't get this point correct?
2) Assuming the answer to 1 is yes, would it be best to wait until you have your full party that you plan on keeping before completing any of the side quests that reward skill points?
3) Is there a list anywhere of which quests give you the skill points?
