Scan the Keepers [SPOILER!]

Post by shiz »

Did anyone else find this side quest extremely annoying? I thought I thought I looked everywhere and I was stuck at 16/21 haha

Thankfully someone posted a video with the locations of all 21. I had found a couple of text guides before but those didn't really prove to be too helpful.

Here's the link and enjoy :)

I kinda ran into all of them during the rest of the quests, just lucky i guess :) Although i still don't know where that fan quest is leading, but then again i never tried looking for that guy after the autograph.
It's not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.

Check back there again if you happen to be in the upper markets. He will be standing in the same spot he was when you first run into him. I belive you exchange dialogue with him two more times before resolving this quest.

It doesn't really have any influence on the game, except for whether you gain Renegade or Paragon points, depending on what you tell him. If you go for Renegade on this one, though, keep an ear out in the elevators after your exchanges with him for news about him. You meet with him three times total to finish the quest. All three times he's in the same spot in the upper markets, at the top of the stairs.

For the scanning quest, I used the following map to find them all:
GameFAQs: Mass Effect (X360) Citadel Map by Fungah
Unfortunately I ran into a bug where #13 wasn't loading up, so I was unable to finish the quest. I've started a new campaign, so hopefully that fixes it.

But on the PC...

I've got a problem. I've found all 20-odd, but one of them (#15 on the GameFaqs map, outside the lift to the Tower) can't be scanned! That daft electronic tourist guide just tells me not to interfere with the Keepers. Anyone else found this?

You should only get that response after you've scanned it. Since you get the quest in the Tower, that was probably the second Keeper you scanned.

Back to the Citadel

Thanks, sw. I'll print off the GameFaqs map and have a good explore next time I'm back on the Citadel.
