Hades General

Post by bannock »

I am playing Immortal Throne for the first time, my character is a soothsayer and is level 44. Today I met the first of Hades Generals on level 4 of the Palace of Hades. I got off killed off very fast and tried several different tactics but all in vain. Any help or useful suggestions would be welcome, I guess I need some hint in this situation.

They are pretty tough. Usually I show myself and agro a few of his henchman then run away. Then I kite the henchman with attack fade/potion tactics. Then show again and kill more henchman. Repeat until the boss is alone. Continue to use hit and fade/regroup until he eventually goes down since he has no healing.

If you just bull rush the main guy the mechae archer henchman supplement his damage too much so that you are just running around dying.

With nature/spirit you might try the same. Lure the henchman away to come and fight with your army (or perhaps since summons are weak in normal you just have a Lich??). Then pop a point in ether lord once you have boss alone and rush him with your bosskiller summon.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

If there is a strong monster nearby (that isn't a boss) grab a shrine of mastery and Enslave it to help you kill the evil guy :mischief:
I either get what I want, or change my mind.
