Ok, when i learn a spell from primal school the bar goes up a bit. What does that bar do?
Also - sry for the thread name... I just couldn't think of a title really... spell bar or smth like that... huh...

It doesn't do anything other than show how much you've concentrated on any one particular spell/skill set.
If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do.

If I remember correctly they planned to make it so that your skills/spells become more efficient, if you specialize in a certain field, but that didn't make it into the final game.
