Anyone had prob with Wardens DLC?

Just started a 3rd character and my Warden's Keep DLC is not working. On the initial pop-up I get download Warden's Keep which it shouldn't be doing as I already have it downloaded/installed and enabled but the Keep doesn't show up on the map and the Quest line is no longer there.
The option to go and get Shale is also not showing up.
I have not changed my online profile or anything else but my 3rd character it is not allowing me to have these 2 options. I still have the edge and dragon plate available.
Has anyone else struck this problem (The DOA tech FAQ's were of little to no help).
Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated....

Haven't had any problems like that yet. No offense, but have you actually bought the DLC or acquired it through other means...? Because if you have, you could just re-install the game and download the DLC again. Or you could just delete the DLC and download it again.

If I remember correctly, you never get get Soldier's Peak quest until you speak with Levi, who is stationed in your camp.

After you talk to him and agree to help, the location should appear on your map.

As Solusek said, if you bought the DLC, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If you look in the Tech-Support section of the BioWare forums, you should find a stickied thread with the installer.

No offense taken but I bought Warden's

I have already tried the full reinstalling option.

The problem started after I had restarted with my 3rd character.
I got the Warden's DLC issue after a news update and the banner appeared pre-game menu.
My original character doesn't have the issue yet I still get the banner telling me Warden's Keep is available for d/l.

I'll have another troll through the Bioware forums to see what might be causing the issue.

Have you patched the game recently? My game is still on the first patch so not sure if this is an issue - the new patch might need a new download of the DLC? Check the official DAO website to see if there is anything mentioned there.

Also, maybe it is specific to that character save - have you tried creating a new character to see if it works on other characters?

Well it's working again after a second complete reinstall and download of the DLC - no idea what caused the issue, just happy that it is working again .... :laugh:
