I have neither armor nor gauntlet nor shield.
Am I a little bit in danger?

You should be fine. There's weapons and armor all over the place, some of them already quite powerful. Watch out for dudes that throw holy water, that is about the biggest threat. Don't forget to make plentiful use of your disciplines. Especially with Theft of Vitae & some fire magic it is possible to move through this level without ever firing a gun or swinging a baseball bat.
