Can't find Yngling half troll

I go to the yngling manor and there are three servants I guess there. I can't ask about him because it doesn't show up as a choice. There is a door that it locked I have tried spells, lock picks, magic items. I can't get it unlock. Is he maybe somewhere else?

Are you certain? He should be easily found on the main floor of his manor, you don't need to go through that door downstairs for this.
If all else fails open your console (the ~ key), and type in:
placeatpc "Yngling Half Troll" 1,1,1

Then hit "enter" and close the box

If you do it properly, he should appear directly in front of you.
