Trouble with Ahdarji's Heirloom

Trouble with Ahdarji's Heirloom

So I'm at the part where I have to steal the ring back, the marker points to the jewelry box. So I get to the jewelery box undetected and the count and countess are asleep and I open the jewelery box and Ahdarji's ring isn't there. Instead there is a brass opal ring. But when I take it the marker still points to the jewelery box.

Could the countess possibly be wearing it? Try pickpocketing her. I think the marker is indicating the countess, and not the box.

ahdarji's ring

i had the same problem. tried pickpocketing the countess and she's not wearing the ring. need a patch for the game

ahdarji's ring

i should mention that I'm playing on the PS3 and am logged into Sony network. Is it possible to get a patch or something for the ring?
