Is it somehow possible to disable music ?

Especially in the stealth parts.

Options -> Sound ;)
"While sanity provides a comfortable perspective of the universe, only through its absence one will be given a glimpse at what might lie beyond.
The question remains, though - Does insight remove sanity, or will insight be given to the mad?"

Um, thanks, but I havent found any option there to disable music ?

Only to disable "background sounds" which ... did nothing at all.

The only thing you can do is to mute the volume..!!!

I haven't tried this, but you might be able to do this the hard way by deleting or renaming the music files. They should be in :

%Game Folder%/Vampire/sound/music/

One thing to be aware of is that VtM-B's sound system is funny. Although the music is stored as MP3s, I've read that if you play them in an MP3 player it can corrupt the files such that the game can no longer play them. So before you do anything, make sure you copy the whole directory elsewhere.
