Ok..Why doesn't the High Dragon in the end of Awakening drop anything?!

I don't know about you guys, but when I beat the High Dragon in the end of Awakening and he didn't drop anything.. I freaked out lol. Please tell me that I got some weird crap version of the game and they weren't that stingy with loot!!

As stated in the walkthrough here, no loot I'm afraid.

Random Loot (and sometimes nothing) here.

Technically, the High Dragon was supposed to drop the remaining pieces of the Blackblade Armor (Gauntlets and Boots). But I found a mod that forces them to drop from the Dragons earlier.
