I posted this on Gamefaqs (stupid idea), and never got any responses or help.
I noticed while playing Morrowind, if I had Hircine's Ring for awhile, and tried to save the game, the game would act like I put on the ring, and transform me into a werewolf on the spot. It wouldn't let me save. Anyone else run into this issue? I tried to put it on the UESP wiki, but someone removed it, apparently thinking it was false.
I tried to save in the Balmora Mage's Guild, transformed, everyone attacked me and I got expelled from the Guild. Needless to say, I had to make a new game save.
I have the GOTY edition for Xbox.

How many times do I have to tell you? If you kill me, you get a simple glove. If not, you get a rare and valuable item, Wraithguard. Oh, but my soul is worth quite the sum.

That's a known bug for the PC as well. It was never fixed in any official patch, but I believe the Morrowind Code Patch fixed it. Too bad you're on Xbox..
