cat potion

i need to make a cat potion but it aint in my list of potions i can make, how do i put the cat potion in my list

If you are playing the Witcher 2, you must have the recipe in your inventory to make it - you should be able to purchase it from a merchant. If you are playing the witcher 1, just add all the ingredients needed for a Cat potion [strong alcohol, 1 rebus, 2 quebrith] and make 2, drinking one will permanently add Cat to your list.

i cant make this potion as its not in my formula list on the left of the page

You can still manually select the needed ingredients if it is the Witcher and not Assassins of Kings. Cat should be in the basic potions you have formula for before leaving Caer Morhen. Do you still have a scroll in your inventory? Simply reading it will add the formula within to your list
