Jaheira romance issue

Hello guys,

I am playing again BG2, and romancing with Jaheira.

I have had all love dialogues until (JAHEIR85): "This is a dangerous life we seem to lead, it does seem. I wonder if you always think it will be so"...
I've done the bandit quest and bought Jaheira the necklace, so everything seems smoothly until now.

Game day is currently 22, and I've not encounterd the poisoned man yet, and I've read that triggers the Galvarey quest.

In the beginning of chapter 2 I've avoided 2-3 random encounter with thugs (I was badly injured) so I fear (I am not sure of this) I could have screwed up the romance, jumping that quest trigger.
Is there any global variable I could read with Shadowkeeper to ensure of this or anyone could tell me if everything is ok please?

I skipped the wounded man encounter once for similar reasons, but it ended up just coming around again the next time. I don't think thats the issue... Perhaps a bug?

well maybe it could occur in the next days of playing.
I just want to know WHEN it could/should happen
