I thought I'd replay the OC, and I tried a little funny something for crossroad keep. Basically, I thought that the more sergeants I had, the more efficiently things would run, and the better end result I'd get.
So by the time I hit Act 3, I had a keep time passed of only 5%, and I quickly recruited Bevil and Light of Heavens, and I thought things were pretty smooth sailing. (Other interesting note, if you don't build the library by the time you need to talk to Aldanon to advance the plot, you get it for free.)
But now I've run into something weird. None of my special missions seem to be resolving. I keep *getting* them, old man morris, doman the ogre, the tax collectors, and now the bugbears, but I don't get any messages saying they've been resolved, for good or for ill.
I'm playing version 1.023 (1765) and have SoZ and MoTB installed, if that's helpful. What I'm wondering is if this is a problem, and how to fix if at all possible.
Possible Crossroad keep bug

Cheating in the items and money is trivial; but I took a peek at thieves guild CK guide
Thieves-Guild.Net - Your Portal to everything Neverwinter! here, and there are a number of keep specific factors, like peasant growth and graycloak morale, that the things affect. Any idea how to edit those in the console?
