I'm a Master Blacksmith (10 ranks) and I got 9 ranks in Sagecrafting.
Whenever I tried to make items, I get to choose components (so far, so good), but I never seem to have the final component, the "Bonus" one, whose silhouette looks like a crown. So far, googling has thaught me that you need Sagecrafting for that, but I only get the option there to make Armour, Weapon, Utility & Epic Gems.
So, how do I get these "Bonus" components? A link to a detailed crafting guide in Amalur would also be appreciated. Those that I've found are masters of the oblivious, so far.
Thanks in advance!

The bonus component is actually a gem, so, you need to have an appropriate type of gem in your inventory, such as an epic gem for armor, or a weapon gem for a weapon.
You only need sagecrafting to make a gem, nothing more - the rest comes from blacksmithing.
