Patch 1.5 Skyrim

Ok here goes i had this patch loaded ran ok.
But then i had a few problems with my computer mainly graphic card updates
anyway long story short i had to use system restore (win 7) and got graphic card working but now my game is only patched to 1.4.27.0.5
is there away for me to manually to download the patch.
seams to me that steam thinks it installed it then the restore screwed it up.
thanks for any help.

Have you tried checking file integrity? Right click the entry in your library. Select the Local Files tab. Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache...

It may not work, but if it does it will take less time than reinstalling the game.
