crash when exiting siege tower
I have no idea what could have caused this crash. BUT what you can do is..
You're going to do 5 reloads. Each time, you'll have 1 of the mods disabled. At some point you may find the one that's causing the bug because the game will stop crashing. Beyond that point, SAVE the game - preferable on a newly loaded map. Exit the game, re-enable the mod that caused the crash and continue playing, hoping that will be the only time it happened.
If none of mods are responsible, the bug lies in the game and can't be fixed. It could be a rare glitch, so reloading to an earlier save before the map that you're on now and thén replaying the whole section might work. At worst, something will have happened during installation so re-installing might help. Did you remember to patch it up?
Edit: This might be horrible advice because I don't know if PST savegames will tolerate the disabling and re-enabling of mods. At the very, very worst, you may simply have to restart your game and disable the responsible mod permanently.

I think somebody had the same problem as you here:

Try using the file ghostdog provided him.
As for the usefulness of the siege tower, it isn't necessary to finish the game.

Spoiler
However, you may gain from Coaxmetal:
- The Blade of the Immortal, one of the means to win the final encounter without fighting;
- An Entropic weapon (with a butt-kicking 3-23 damage range);
- Anything you can buy from him.

The GOG version is already patched, if I'm not mistaken.Tricky wrote:Did you remember to patch it up?
