Is it because I did this quest after I recovered Imoen?

No.

The error message implies some sort of scripting problem. It's a message I've only seen when using the console to create a character and have made a typing error.

Reyna's the Cowled Wizard who introduces your apprentices yes? Or is it the one who teleports the Knights of Somalia (or whatever they're called) home? If the former then it's only an issue if you want to try for the Ring of Wizardry. If the latter then the Golden Girdle is the issue, which can matter a lot more than the RoW if you're running the Item Upgrade mod.

Knights of Solamnia, yes. DragonLance.
Do you have any idea how to correct it?
Should I edit a file or something and insert the brackets like in elementary C programs

Also, I have not explicitly closed the console after I used it ( for Cernd problem)
Should I go to the baldur.ini file and put 0 there?

I already acquired the Fighter stronghold ( DeArnise Keep ) and I have no mods installed.
Can it be the reason that I've not been able to acquire the Mage Stronghold?
My character is Dual Classed Fighter 9/Mage 18

That is the reason, in an unmodded game you can only have one stronghold.
