In Shadowkeeper, under the characteristics tab, there is an appearance list where you can change how your characters look. I have one question about this. Does anyone know what the name for the Bhall appearace is in the list? I know it must be there because he appears in one of you dreams. So does anyone know the name?

USAR1G1 (this one appears to be best choice, uses most frames/animations)

I would try using USARG1 first, and if that dont work try some of the others.

In the Shadowkeeper list, you might try looking for Sarevok instead of Bhaal, given that the Bhaal in the dream looks exactly like him.
