Do you have to be in Delosars Inn before I cast limited wish? Where do I get the scroll limited wish? Havn't seen it anywhere

No, you can cast it anywhere, but I believe your wisdom needs to be more than adequate to receive the correct option...If not, as soon as the Dao Djinni appears, immediately get someone else with high wisdom to talk to him, instead of waiting for the Dao to talk to the spellcaster. You can buy Limited Wish from the magic lady in the back of the Adventurer's Mart.
