Illithium?

Howdy,

Being quest-oriented, I used the Illithium that you get from Neb the Nasty to give to Sir Sarles for the Temple Sculpture thingo.

Now that I've already done that (and I got the "alloy" illithium-substitute as well) I want the Illithium back so I can get Cromwell to use it to upgrade the Mace of Disruption...

So, is there any other Illithium in the game? If so, where?

to be able to do both quests, you have to cheat

Nope, no other illithium, you can use the fake for the quest (no loss of xp or rep) and you can use the real for the mace. But since you've already used the real for the quest, you can't do the mace.
