Drowned Nation

How do I enter this Drowned Nation.
I'm in the area with all the Wererats and the door leading towards D.N. is locked.
Is there a key or is it forceable?
Or need I talk to somebody first?

I went to the Drowned Nations through the Catacombs of Weeping Stone.

I think you need to speak to one of the stone faces at the walls.

The easiest way to the drowned nations is through the dead nations - however if you do want to get through the Many as one, then you need to speak to the many as on eand get them to open the gate (i think this happens when you agree to help them - if not then when you return with the information they want.) alternitivly if you attack the many as one and keep killing cranium rats until they surrender then they open the door.(this is all from memory so it may be a bit off)
