Thrayne Iron Heart (Wheel Clan) - Spoilers

After hearing the rumors from Wheel Clan, there's one about Thrayne Iron Heart looking for his brother. I've looked all around the area but can not find him - although there is a dwarf that is always asleep, no matter what time of the day it is. Is this him? If so, does he ever wake up?

I havent played for while.. but.. your worldmap updates and there will be new place named stonecutters clan.. from there you'll find his brother..

Don't you have to talk to him first, to get the quest? I found out about it from rumors, but I can't start the quest because I can't talk to him - he's always asleep.

Aparantly he is supposed to be awake at some point but only for a limited time - I Myself have never seen this.

I even considered attacking him to wake him up then casting charm on him but decided against it - maybe next time.
