none of my people can carry 200lb of the stuff!! the most is 170.

so how do i get it to anyone?

Well, the most simple sollution would be a strenght enhancing potion or spell. You should have Drow On Holly Might as an innate power.

This doesn't happen often but sounds possible ...

I'd suggest using a potion or an item or a spell that increases STR.

Best store the ore in a container first, get something that increases strength long enough for your needs and then transport it. To get it into a container, place someone in front of the container, give him the ore and let him store it.
