Archer question.

I was wondering if an archer gets all the archer bonus's if they are useing a sling. Does anyone know?

I believe it is with any ranged weapon, but I don't have my manual with me (friend is borrowing it). An archer with a sling...... what fun. Theoretically, wouldn't the archer then gain the bonuses for darts and the throwing axe?

The reason i wanted to use him with a sling is because im doing an "all archer" party , and wanted each to have a specialty.
