If i am a multi clased character or dual...
will i get both stronghold (i think not but you never know)???
if not witch one will i have???

You will get the first one you accept. For example, if you're a fighter/mage and you do the D'Arnise Keep quests first, when Nalia asks you to be her guardian/executor, you need to decline her offer if you want the Planar Sphere.
There is a fix out there somewhere that will disable the dialogue checks for multiple strongholds; someone else will have to tell you where to find them, though.
