Stuck level 4 of catacombs

Anyone please

I have cleared 4th level of the catacoombs and defeated the Arracats in their lair...

But in the furthest South West corner there is a door which leads to the trapdoor into the next level. This door is magically sealed and i cannot get past it. i have retracked my steps completely through to the start of the game and am at a loss.

Anyone !!!!!!! coz this is REALLY ticking me off....

You are actually to the 3rd level of the catacambs, to the Lower Keep. But it order to pass through the door that is magically with the Glyph of Safekeeping you need to learn the Word of Necessity. The word is taught to you from lady Eversong up to the Nightingale Court at Mystra's Temple.

I tried that one. but she just keeps asking where the followers of Mystra are !!!!

How do i get her to tell me

is it something to do with the Head u get from defeating the Freth drow, the head was rolling about in a dog bowl or something... if so do i need to put it somewhere !!!

The followers of Mystra are actually Beriand and fearil, the two people that live on the tree in stillwater, returnthere and they will give you the Token of Mystra, after that Eversong wil teach you the word.
