How do I do the trademeet quest? In all of my other games I was able to do trademeet. I don't remeber though, if someone came to me or if I am supposed to talk to someone. Anybody know?

Some militia guard or captain will tell you to visit the mayor. I think the original quest already refers to him as "high merchant", so just pay him a visit.
