Unofficial Expansion Packs?

Once upon a time...

Several months ago (no idea how many) I think I read on the news updates that a band of people had released unofficial expansions for baldur's gate II (beyond ToB).

I've searched the site, and I can't find any mention of this. Does anyone know if this was just a dream, or can I still access these files?

Check Team BG's mod page for unofficial BG2 expansions. ;)
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
