Barbarians have been assigned to the Fighter wing... but a Ranger/Barbarian would be ok i guess.

Meaning that a Barbarian/Range would be OK. If we started letting any class into any wing where would it end...

Well unlike the druid and the ranger, a barbarian doesn't worry about protecting the nature.

A barbarian is a warior that has been shapen by the harsness of nature.

Council of Nature Members

OK then, I think this chance has been open for long enough. I have had three applicants for the three posts and as I would be pleased to have any and all of them in positions of responsibility within the wing I have decided to make Pebz, Craig and Nullen the Council of Nature. Shockwave has expressed an interest in becoming a Natures Avenger. The offer of that post will remain open until we recieve more applicants.

:D

I would be interested, but it's probably a bit cheeky of me to say so seeing as I've only just joined :D

Not at all; duration of membership is not an issue. What matters is reliability and the willingness to take an interest in and put a little effort into wing affairs.

Well, that's no problem! I'm really enthused about the whole thing :D It's really good to find a group of like-minded people who I am going to be able to share NWN with. I can't wait for the release :D ;)

But seriously, give other people priority for the moment.

The Nature Avengers will have some responsibilites, not as many or as important as the Council or the Wing leader, but responsibilites like keeping others informed about guild/wing affairs, making minor wing decisions and overall making the guild/wing a better place :D

Perhaps Sellsword can clarify this more in-depth :)

While Natures Avengers will have few regular decision making roles, they will be expected to either solve problems brought to them or guarantee the problems referral to the Council of Nature/Wing Leader, exemplify good roleplaying, be on the look out for the serious infringement of guild rules/ cheating etc, ensure that they are knowledgable enough to answer at least most questions that they may be asked about wing business and generally act as good ambassadors for the wing/guild. These standards are still fairly exacting and that is why I am keen to limit the number of Natures Avengers to either five or three (depending upon the number of interested players).

Note/
I see members of the Council of Nature as being empowered to make all but the most fundemental of wing decisions. The only real difference between the Natures Protector and a Council member is that the Natures Protector can (not will) overturn Council decisions and so acts as a kind of ultimate court of appeal.

Hope that helps.

;)
