Highlight the following for spoiler:

Allow yourself to get arrested by the Flaming Fist. Speak to Neb to break out of the Flaming Fist compound, then break back in to rescue Duke Eltan on the 2nd floor. Avoid attacking Flaming Fist Mercenaries outside the compound, as this is detrimental to your reputation. Explore the city a bit to learn some important info, then break into the Iron Throne. Search the top floor for some important info on what to do next.

End spoiler

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Sojourner, this is areally neat idea. No more reading spoilers by accident. Everyone should post spoilers like this. :)
