When I import my character from TotSC, my ability points do not transfer. Aren't they supposed to? What other good would the tomes and manuals be if your ability scores were not imported with your character.
If they are supposed to, has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to fix it?
Import Dilema
Import Dilema
It's not funny, my ass is on fire.
I have not had this problem. This is how I imported my character from TOSC: I copied the save game file with my character from the saved game directory in TOSC and pasted it into the SOA saved game directory. Then I started a new game in SOA and chose import, the chose saved game - scrolled to the saved TOSC game, selected it and clicked on my character name. The character was imported with all of my TOSC stats.
Alternatively you could just use the ShadowKeeper editor to change the stats to what they should be...this would not be considered cheating because you are simply editing the stats to the proper values...
There are also a few threads out there that describe a way to keep all of your TOSC items when you start the game. This does tend to make the first dungeon a little too easy.
